16-04-2020 State of emergency impact on ground passenger transportation services operated by MementoBUS and its partner carriers

Dear passengers,

Due to current situation caused by the COVID-19 prevetion and control measures, and aligning with Military Ordinance no. 7 from April 4th, 2020, chapter 11, ground passenger transportation services on international routes to and from the following countries: Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, UK and Northern Ireland, Netherlands and Turkey remain suspended until further notice. The emergency state is to be extended until May 14th, 2020. In case you booked a bus trip to and from one of the above mentioned countries and no MementoBUS or partner carrier's representative contacted you already, please check for the phone numbers on the travel voucher received via email and follow-up directly with them in case you are encountering a specific situation.

Moreover, since the activity of our partner carriers on domestic routes was impacted by the limitations imposed by Military Ordinance no. 3 from March 24th, 2020, chapter 1, in case you booked a domestic bus trip in Romania that should be operated between April 15th - May 14th, 2020, and no MementoBUS or partner carrier's representative contacted you already, please check for the phone numbers on the travel voucher received via email and follow-up with them to see if your bus trip would be operated or not.
